Academy

At Elite Global Security Academy, we train and educate our future as well as our current officers. The Academy provides students with the opportunity to obtain a Florida certification on their D & G license. We also provide our Officers with continual training and education on our changing industry. This additional training improves business performance, profit and staff morale. The training they conduct can take them into other positions within the organization – positions with better prospects and/or better pay. They are upskilled to do new and different tasks, which keeps them motivated and fresh; increasing their contribution to the business and building their self-esteem.
